Answers:
ROCK ON- The soreness in your upper arm is most likely due to the tetanus shot!. The reason is that this one vaccine is prepared in a soliution which includes the chemical formalin (like formaldehyde)!. It usually stings when injected and for about 1 to 2 days thereafter!. No need to call your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh yeah!.!.!. VERY normal!. I recently needed to recieve a tetanus for nursing school, and was told ahead of time by the nurse administering it that my arm would likely be sore for a day or two!. If you notice any redness or obvious swelling at the injection sites, or have anything other than a very mild fever (common with most vaccines), then see a doctor!. Otherwise, it's normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I often get sore after a shot, but if you are worried give you Doctor a ring!. At the end of the say the shots are injecting the illness into you (albeit in a form that won't make you ill) so some side effects, like a sore arm, are very very normal!.

Then again, if you are worried give the Doc a ring!Www@Answer-Health@Com
