Answers:
Running & jumping are the worst things to do for the profusion!. You should limit your activity or cross train IE: Like cycling & swimming!. Also stretching & strengthening exercises can help take the pressure off the tibial cartilage which creates the bump as it gets pulled away from the bone!.

If you continue to exercise while you are in severe pain you may do more damage & the bump may never go away!.

Girls stop growing when they are 17-18 so you have not stopped growing!.!.!.or at least your bones have not!.

It will go away when you DO stop growing if you don't over injure now!.

The fact that the ice isn't helping means you are overusing it!.
Try Advil or Aleve to reduce swelling & tenderness; wear a band on knee when exercising!.

Ideally, you should stop your activity till pain is only slight!.
