Hey there! First and foremost, keep your hair very clean and fingernails short!. Don't touch your pimples - it doesn't help because they can spread and besides, dirty hands on face can cause them! Wash your face with a good facewash day and night, using your clean hands and dry with a clean towel!. Clean & Clear is a good brand that will exfoliate your skin and prevent build up of oil and bacteria that causes the spots!. For good measure, drink plenty of water daily!. Hope this helps! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pimples are really hard to get rid of!. They are even harder to prevent! Pimples are caused by hormones!. Your best bet to prevent them is to wash your face with a mild cleanser at least twice a day!. My dermatologist suggested Purpose Soap!. It is mild and won't dry out your skin!.

Also, when you first feel one "growing" under your skin, be sure to keep that area of your face dry and clean!. You can use an over-the-counter cream such as Clearasil!. Just apply a small amount directly on the pimple twice a day!.

As far as getting rid of them, continue to use the Clearasil cream!. If that doesn't work, you can see your dermatologist about getting prescription medication that may be more effective!.

Proactive is really good for overtime and lasting clearness!. I use clean and clear products and they work really!. Go to the facial products aisle in the store and browse different creams!. If its really bad you can get strong perscription stuff that your doctor can perscribe to you!.
Also for problem pimples, you can put a spot of toothpaste on it overnight to reduce the size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've had problems with acne before, and have tried lots of products from stores!. It's never been anything really bad, just I don't want to have any zits (i would usually have a few in areas around my hairline and maybe one on my forehead)!. What really ends up happening is that I waste money and time and they don't really work, or they work for a while, but then the pimples come back!.
I recently went for my checkup at the doctor's, and mentioned my acne problem!. My doctor gave me a prescription medicine for it, and it's already gone! My friend got the same thing and has been using it for over a month and she doesn't have a single pimple!. The cool thing about asking my doctor is that the medicine was free!! And, it actually works! It's really easy too! What I use doesn't make my skin sting or hurt at all, it feels like lotion! I just have to wash my face in the morning and at night before putting it on, then leave it on during the day!.
If you go to your doctor, he/she will be able to tell you what really works!. If you really want to get rid of the problem for good, this is the way to go!

Wash skin with a mild soap like CETAPHIL, or DOVE
Pat skin dry with a clean cloth or paper towel
Gently coat your skin with 3% PEROXIDE (look on the back lable) and let dry fully
Put a mild, unscented lotion on your skin like NUETROGENA
**Do this morning and night**

This works to dry the pimples up, but the peroxide MAY dry out the surrounding skin slightly!.

I personally just started using Proactive last Tuesday and my overall skin looks a lot better already!. It's like $26 for a month's supply!. Someone gave it to me, but I think I'll re-order and keep using it!. Or the "generic" is actually just as good!. Its called "Acne Free" and it's at Wal Mart for like $22!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

apply proactive or benzoyl peroxide2!.5 its very effective for acne and pimples
