Yes, it's possible that the infection takes several weeks to cause any symptons!. Also, sometimes you start out with light symptoms and end up with bad symptoms!. You might have a mild stomach for a week and then be hit with excessive urination/severe stomach pain/itchiness/vomiting all in one day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
