I have had stomach probelms for a long time but the past few months they have gotten much worse!. I've had 5 flare ups since early June!. All of which include sharp cramps, pain around my liver, vomiting and much more!. I can eat something like pizza or mac and cheese one day and a week later its making me thorow up!. I've been to the hosptial and had lots of tests done!. I am getting an ultrasound done soon to see what is going on!.

I am getting tired of eating such boring foods!. I love all sorts of stuff but I cant eat it!.

What are some, low fat, yummy and creative foods I can eat that wont make me sick!?

If you have had lots of tests and they are coming back normal, request that your doctor does a hidascan CCK!. This checks gallbladder function!. It is relatively new to the medical profession as a diagnosis!.!.!.!. but biliary diskinesia can cause all those problems!. The Hidascan CCK can show gallbladder function which at the lowest should be at 35%!. My daughters was working at 14% and she was nauseated all the time and was eating almost nothing by the time they found it!. She recently had it out (a week ago) and she seems to be improving!. Obviously she needs to completely heal from the surgery before we can say if it was a complete success or not!. (Surgery can cause the nausea she is now experiencing)

There is a medication called Zofran (Ondansetron) which can help with the nausea and possibly prevent the vomiting!. what it does it prevents the brain from understanding that the belly is nauseated!. They use it in chemo patients all the time!. My daughter used it with a lot of success!. The downside is that it is constipating, so you will want to make sure that when you take it, you are also taking Metamucil or something to keep the stool soft and able to pass!.

My daughter suffered for a year and a half before we figured out what it was!. I fought with doctors to get the medications she needs to be able to function!. I have researched and requested tests!. You are going to be your best advocate!. Keep requesting tests until they figure it out!. It gets tiring but persistence will pay off!. I do feel for you! I completely understand how hard this is!. Good luck and I hope they can find out what is causing it soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could have gallbladder stones, which are caused by greasy foods which are hard to digest anyway!. You want to stay away from saturated fats and only eat unsaturated and omega fats and such!. Drink lots of water to help flush your system!. You may also have a lactose intolerance!. Try eating more fruits and veggies and whole grainsWww@Answer-Health@Com

yogurt is good pudding and things but after awhile they'll kill all of you good bacteria and give u infections in various places!.

What i would advise you to do is go and check for a hernia*a rip or tear in the lining of your Abdomen*

i have these problems to but they haven't bothered me enough to see about it

one of my Friends did though and that's that has Ben having the same problems and it ended up being one and she ended up getting surgery on it i guess not even 3 weeks ago!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I personally would avoid high fat food, take away, and dairy!.
Not so much milk, but cheese!. Just til you have your ultrasound and test results!.
Once you have a diagnosis, then you MAY be able to return to normal eating habits!.

Does the pain only come after eating!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

im sorry- but i think you should stick with different variaties of veggies and fruits-
Applesauce, bananas!.!.!.!.!.!.fruit parfais!.!.!.things like that!.
Tofu is light as well and fills you up if it's in a misu soup- ( mosty water and herbs!.!.!.only 35 calories!)
but breads and cheeses often upset MY stomach, and though im not comparing our situations, it does work well for Crohn
