Question: Feeding tube!?
My mom (67) has mouth tumor and is gettin feedin tube tommorow so she can nutients until radiation shrinks her tumor so u can eat drink again any exp advice prayers are welcomeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Thats really tough!. I imagine the prognosis is good!? I met a lady several years ago!. she was in her late 50s and had a feeding tube for 10 years!. I asked her if she missed food, she said not any more!. She was not ill otherwise, she even worked!. I would just make sure they fully explain all that is involved in having a feeding tube!. My grandfather had a tumor in his pancreas and it contained 2cm of cancer and he had to get a feeding tube going straight to his stomach and he was fine!. It's really nothing to worry about!. I promise!.
