You don't need to be afraid!. A cold sore cannot go into your brain and attack it!. I suggest you go to a pharmacy in your area and talk to the pharmacist!. Ask for a recommendation of something you can get without a prescription to cure the cold sore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
