Answers:
Your friend's husband has got a nasty dose of fungal infection!.
Ring worm & Jock itch and your friend's yeast infection can all be cleared up with an anti-fungal cream!.

Benadryl and clindamycin ,Z- pak,are useless for fungal infections!.

He really should go to a doctor and get a prescription for oral(tablets) anti- fungal treatment!.

Canesten make a 2% thrush cream which is stronger than the ordinary(1%)athletes foot and jock-itch cream!.
They also make a 10% cream for vaginal use in an applicator!.

If it is all over him it is an especially aggressive fungus and must be treated with oral anti-fungal medications!. He needs to go to a doctor before he spreads it to all in the house who share the tub/shower and washer/dryer!. He also needs to make sure and tell the doc about any condition(hepatitis, heavy drinking, etc!.) which affects his liver function as some oral anti-fungals are hard on the liver!.
Trust me, if it has spread to this point it is too late for OTC creams and powders!. Go to a doc, preferably a dermatologist, ASAP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
