Question: Nausia problems help me please im 13!!?
OK so im 13 and all of my life I have had problems with mornings!. I dont have an appetite to eat so every day of school I have no breakfast!. If I eat I throw up!. And all through the day im battleing throwing up and not to mention im starving! And I do bad in school because Im so dizzy and sick that I cant see the words on my paper!. And every morning I run to the bathroom and throw up in the sink by myself and start crying!. Then I whipe my mouth and tears and go back to my class and try to act happy like nothing is wrong!. I have been to the doctor but there is nothing that will help!. He suggested taking anti-deppressant pills but im not deppressed!. It is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And im starting to lose weight and everything! Im to young to be going through this!! Help me please!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am a very anxious person!.!. I sue to feel liek this at school all the time!. you need to talk yourself OUT of it =)
DOnt let it have power over you!. Its your body, if you dont want to feel a certain way!.!. tell it to GO AWAY!. then dont think about it, sing a song REALLY LOUD =)
you dont HAVE to eat in the morning =) Maybe try for on your way to school haveing 1 dry cracker!. THey're good for your
belly!. Over half or a quarter of an apple :) see how you go!
