Women only... Had a pap smear taken on July 10th... called in for my results...?!
Question: Women only!.!.!. Had a pap smear taken on July 10th!.!.!. called in for my results!.!.!.!?
It said it was processed, and sent to my physician's office!.!.!. then it said, "please contact your physician for further treatments"!. This is my second pap smear!.!.!.!. my first one was in November and it came out as me having, mild dysplasia!. I then got a coloposcopy taken, and it came out completely negative last yr!. But I'm concerned with this recent one that I got on July 10th!.!.!.!.!. because it said, contact your physician, does that automatically mean I have HPV still!? I'm just so confused!.!.!. because my coloposcopy came out negative last time, and my paps are coming back abnormal!.!.!.!. Should I be worried!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes a Pap test comes out positive and then when you retake it it's negative!. Don't know why!. Mild dysplasia is common!. (This shouldn't have anything to do with the colonoscopy - - that's a different thing!. ) Of course you should call your doc!. so as to relieve your mind!.
