Question: Do you know CPR!?
Would you use it if warranted!? Taken classes or interested!? I just think that everyone should know how to do it in case of emergencies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes I do and I refresh my certification every 2 years!. I have used it and will do so again if the situation warrents!. Most CPR classes are free or require a small fee!. CPR is a valuable skill tht all should have and when done properly can truely save a life!. I would want someone to perform CPR on me if I needed it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
For those who are worried about giving mouth to mouth respiration during CPR for an unknwon individual, now there is a COR or cardiac only resuscitation!. Giving chest compressions alone without mouth to mouth respiration has been shown to be almost equally effective!. It will soon be included in the recommendations and possibly will increase the number of individuals who are resuscitated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
