Question: Trouble Breathing/Bump under tongue!?

I have recently discovered a see through (could not think of any other word to describe it) bump under my tongue!.I am highly afraid it is mouth cancer, but what are the other possiblilities!?Please tell me symptoms of an ulcer and mouth cancer, as well as how soon I should seek a doctor if I should!.
Also, I have recently had trouble breathing, although it only happens whenever I think about it!.Could this be stress, or somthing much more serious!?

Are these two symptoms linked!?
Should I change my diet!?(I do eat a low amount of 'greens,' and a large amount of meat, as well as not much workout, I will fix that though)
How long should I wait until I consult a doctor!?
I hope I am not diagnosed with a cancer at such a young age, as I would not like to miss a year or more of school, as well as the chance to be disfigured, or even death!.

I'm positive I had the same thing about 3 months ago!. Scared the hell outta me because it popped up out of nowhere!. It was a little smaller than a pea, and was just a small clear bubble tucked under my tongue!. In about a week, it went away!. If it becomes painful or lasts for more than a week, I would for sure see the doctor!.
Keep in mind, the chances of you having mouth cancer as a 14 year old is EXTREMELY slim!. Many cases of mouth cancer are caused by years of smoking!.

just eat vegetables and better to consult a doctor for you to have peace of mind,do not be afraid !.God will help you!.Before I'm also afraid to go to doctor but i change myself, early detection is more advantage than thinking of solution,you are still young and i know that is not a cancer!.goodluckWww@Answer-Health@Com
