so i heard it works and everything but where i heard it from it said a bunch of stuff about u having to be healthy so i was wondering what i smoke ciggerets should i not do it or whatWww@Answer-Health@Com

It does work!. I researched it before doing it and urine is actually sterile as soon as it comes from the body!. Those that are pitching opinions, do some research and get the facts!. I had acne and used everything form proactive to prescriptions from my dermatologist, tazorac, clindimicyn (sp) finacea!. The tazorac worked to a certain degree but since I have been using urine therapy my skin is clear and has a beautiful healthy glow!. People think I'm wearing makeup on days that I don't!. I pee directly on a cotton ball or wash cloth in the morning, wash my face with it and let it dry!. Then about 30 min later I get in the shower and rinse my face well with water!. Last I apply a little moisturizer with an spf!. I don't use cleansers on my face at all!. At night I apply jojoba oil to my face liberally and massage it in!. Then take a clean hot (not scalding) washcloth, wring it out and wipe the jojoba oil off, I repeat rinsing/cloth wiping a few times until all of the oil is off!. My skin looks radiant because of these two methods!. I stocked up on washcloths because I use a clean one for each urine wash and a clean one at night for the jojoba oil wash!.
