Question: Little bumps on skin!?

i have a skin rash on my face and theres little bumps but they dont look like acne and its read and itchy its from using retin-a but how do i get rid of it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think its an allergic reaction to using retin-a it could be an infection too, be careful!.!.!.
