Question: Could this be Chronic Fatigue Syndrome!?
Hey guys, I'd like constructive feedback if possible,
I've been having trouble sleeping, like I am exhausted and drained from energy like all the time, and I'm so tired, but then it gets to about 10pm and I go into a state of over-tiredness, where I can no longer sleep or focus!.
I lay awake in bed desperate to sleep, and I can never sleep!.
I'm going to contact my doctor soon, but I just wondered if there are any CFS sufferers out there who can possibly advise!?
I also have severe joint problems in my legs which I'm being treated for, suspected Rheumatoid Arthritis!.
But I'm only 19!? I don't know if its possible!? Anyway any help is appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be!.!.!.!. I began having insomnia when I was 16 www!.fms-help!.com/insomnia!.htm!. Eventually I developed FMS/CFIDS http://www!.fms-help!.com/fibro!.htm when I was 30!. I think not being able to sleep caused my health to start going downwards!. They didn't have good sleep meds back then like they do now!. About 6 months ago after having some blood work, the doctor told me that i had traces of Epstein-bar virus!. From what I read it was CFS!. I was just tired all the time!. I had no issues with sleeping, but my body just felt run down all the time!. If you had CFS, I would think you would have symptoms based on being exhausted or sleeping to much!. You would be surprised at what a blood test might show so I would check it out!. Also, as hard as it may be, try getting some excercise if your not already, this may help you sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i suffer from cfs and from your symptomology it would be impossible to diagnose on those few symptoms!. are you depressed,do you have brain fog,when you go to your md tell him everything!. cfs takes months to years to diagnoseWww@Answer-Health@Com

im having the same thing going on is all your joints stiff and sore all the time,my doctor just tested me for arthritis im getting the results today,hope u feel better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
