Bumps on my thumb nails?!

I have recently noticed that on both my thumbs the nail is raised, looking sort of like a bump!. It's been noticeable this past 2 or so weeks and I have been under a lot of emotional stress, as I suffer from panic attacks and anxiety!. I went to the doctor about a month ago, and he checked everything and told me I am pyshically healthy!. The bumps are very slight, but I keep reading that it could be a serious indication of a problem!. (I am a bit of a hypochondriac!), so could it just be the stress I'm under or something worse!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
