Very sharp pains in the both sides of my chest!?!

ok mabe a week ago or a few days ago i started getting a sharp stabbing feeling on the left side of my chest its near my boob and near my armpit! and so i couldnt move or else it wuld hurt even more so i like couldnt catch my breath so i took slow deep breaths and then it slowly went away!.So after that i was like watever its just a one time thing until today in my Book Study i got the same sharp pain on my right side and like i wanted to cry so i took another deep breaths and they slowly! went away is there something wrong with me!? plz i need help like rite now this moment it felt a little pain of sharpness! so help and ive been having other problems to!!? so is there any help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
