Answers:
That could be anything from a huge zit to a bug bite to a cyst!. Go to a medical professional to find out for sure (or if you're really daring, hand someone a flashlight and ask them what they see)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This appears to be a local reaction!. My initial thought as I began reading your question was that a blood vessel had been pierced with the needle, causing some bleeding in the underlying tissues as the cause of the swelling!. This is possible with the upper front teeth!. Also, if a large volume of anesthetic is injected, this may have actually caused the swelling as well!. The latter would not be expected to be painful, however!. This is almost surely not an allergic reaction of angioedema, another cause of swelling, as the reaction and timing do not fit either diagnosis!.
The secondary swelling after the second injections going into the forehead is very unusual!. If this was a bleeding issue, I would expect more of a bruised appearance, which you do not mention, as well as the swelling causing problems with opening your eye!. This is unlikely to be tooth-related since it happened immediately following the injection!. I am still leaning toward an injured blood vessel!.

The Articaine is not the issue!. And any dentist could have pierced a blood vessel in this area, depending on your individual anatomy!. I would go back to your dentist for an answer!. He or she should be able to give you a reason for this swelling as he or she saw it and is in a better position to make an accurate diagnosis!.

Swelling!? Spots coming on or infection!? About scab that comes off, that's quite normal but if it's been like that for a few months, I guess it might be an infection that you can get some stuff over the counter to try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
