When anyone (animal and human) contract rabies, they foam at the mouth, hallucinate, and develop hydrophobia (fear of water)!. They die!. Unless it is identified quickly and vaccinations are given, both will die from dehydration!. Animals get rabies same way a people!. They are bit by something that has rabies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes lf a cat or dog or any animal is infected with rabies the animal shelter has to put this animal down!. and lf you are at all infected you will have to get shots every week for rabies!. l had this happen to my husband once!. we brought a stray cat home and the cat took a swipe at my husband and cut his lip up pretty bad!. so just be careful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
