Answers:
Try a "Dayquil" type med w/half a benedryl !. Figure in a cup of coffee before or after & you should get some relief!. Check the "www!.neilmed!.com" website & read about their "Sinus Rinse" for a long term solution!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first and most effective approach to controlling allergy is controlling your exposure to the allergic triggers!. Have you been tested to determine the allergens to which your body reacts!? If so, then your doc should have worked with you to develop an allergen avoidance plan!. This is your first line of attack!. The second prong is immunotherapy and last is medicine!. I am not sure why you are at step 3 without working steps 1 and 2 first!. For example, if you tested positive to dust mites, then you would follow the steps to create a dust free room (I'll give a link) and then you wash with the special mite killing stuff (I'll give a link) and that cuts the exposure so you don't need the other stuff like shots or meds!. That is just an example, but to get more specific you have to know what it is that is causing the allergic reaction!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Claritin does not work for me either!. Right now I am taking Zyrtec and you can get that over the counter and it's pretty inexpensive if you can find the generic!. I found it at Walmart for $15!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
