Getting bruises after a workout?!


Question: Getting bruises after a workout!?
Yesterday I worked out really intensely at my gym, mostly my arms, anyways when I came home I had a small bruise on my right Bicep, does anyone know what it is!? Is it a sign of something deeper like a teared tissue, please answerWww@Answer-Health@Com

it is possible that your breaking small blood vessels( capillaries)
so slow down your intensity!. it sound like you using heavy weights!. try using a lighter weight and more repsWww@Answer-Health@Com

When I tore my muscle it started as a bruise then i took no time off for recovery and continued working out as usual and the next workout tore a muscle!. 4-6 weeks not allowed to do anything!. So ya take some time after 4-5 days should be better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
