my cousin is 3 years old and he has a weird rash on his back and neck, it's blotchy but not red, it's like were he got a tan!. is this a fungus because i've talked to a few different people that say that it could be a fungus!. he's been to the lake a lot, could it be from the lake!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
