Don't think your asking a stupid question all questions are good questions!.There are quite a few posibliites as to what it could be so i think it might be better to tell your Dr!. when your in for your cheak up seeing as your parents tell you not to think about they probubly won't take you to the Dr!. ok now i can name a few things i can think it may be!. You might be allergic to cheese but then you may be allergic to dairy products, but you said that it happens when you don't have cheese so may be!. You could have asthma asthma gets worse during the night so there is another possibility!. It may be that you are allergic to dust or pet fur or dander (if you have any pets that is) Do you sleep with your window open!? you might be allergic to pollen!. Your best bet would be to tell your docter or try eliminating certain foods from your diet or closing your window at night!. I would say this is pretty serious it is NOT GOOD AT ALL that you have trouble breathing!. Best of luck :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may have acid reflux commonly known as heartburn!. Certain foods may affect your digestive system more than others (spicy foods or foods with high content of fat -like cheese)!. Acid reflux often triggers respiratory distress or asthma because of the stomach acids regurgitating up the esophagus and irritating the pharynx and in some instances the larynx if there is penetration of the acid into the voice box!. Perhaps you could visit your Dr!. to get a more accurate answer!. In the mean time stay away from fast and spicy foods and sleeping at and angle propped up with a few pillows may help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
