Question: How to earn money for my friend who was just diagnosed with cancer!.!?
My friends brother was just diagnosed with cancer! i really want to set up a fundraiser or something to help earn money for her family in this very much time of need!. how can i earn them money!? me and my friend was wondering if we could hold a bbq or something but i dont know does anyone have any suggestions!?!?!?!?!? please help us!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be very careful about this !. !. I know you just want to do something and this is the only thing you can think of to do!. You should ask first to see if they want you to raise money for them and if there is anything specific they will need the money for !. !. to pay hospital bills, pay for treatment, or travel or lodging !. !. you should first get the families permission and than co-ordinate with others who may have a similar idea!.
A BBQ sounds like a very sweet idea !. !. other ideas would be an auction, raffles, soccer, baseball or basketball games, walks, runs, and local suppers to benefit the family!.

Hi!. I agree with the others and also, on the idea of an auction, here's what I'd suggest!. Do up a nice one-page info sheet on your friend, including a photo, etc!. Be factual and state what kind of cancer, where he's being treated, etc (as someone mentioned, be sure to get family approval for all this)!.
Then print it up (these are easy to do in powerpoint) and take it to local retail places!. A restaurant would probably donate a free meal; a gas station well!.!.!.gas, some might give gift certificates, etc!. If you're a kid and your parents work, ask them to see if their companies would donate something!. These kinds of auctions really do raise some good money! A huge rummage sale!. Sometimes a church will assist you with this or people in the neighborhood!. Make fliers and pass them around to your neighbors or your friends neighbors and ask for donations!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
