How do you keep your legs from loosing blood flow on long drives?!
Question: How do you keep your legs from loosing blood flow on long drives!?
Answers:
Stop every two hours and get out and walk!. If that isn't possible, try doing foot stretches periodically by flexing your foot up and then down several times!. This is also helpful on long flights to prevent blood clots!.

When we travel, we stop every few hours and walk around!. Lots of times we stop at some place that looks interesting and spend some time looking around!. Even if it is just a cool truck stop or some kind of "point of interest" along the way, they make good excuses to get out and stretch your legs, go to the bathroom, get something to eat and change drivers!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I agree with the person who said stopping to get out is a good idea!. That's the best way to keep yourself loosened up!. You can also wear support hose, which will help!. Try to keep your feet propped up if you can!. Best wishes! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Take frequent breaks in driving to get out of your car and walk around to stretch the legs and restore the blood flow!.
