Answers:
Xanax is very effective and it works immediately unlike anti depressants that can take weeks to kick in!. I used to have panic attacks and took Xanax to control them, but honestly medicating yourself is only putting a bandaid on the problem, what you really need to do is become unafraid of the attacks and stop thinking you're gonna die when one hits!. I know I personally always thought I was having a heart attack or a stroke, and I would bring on panic attacks being on a constant guarded state of fear over when the next one would hit!. When I did get one I totally freaked out, hyperventilated, everything thinking "I'm dying"!. Start replacing the negatives with positive thoughts, tell yourself if you feel one coming on "this is only a panic attack, my mind is playing a trick on me, it will NOT harm me, this has all happened before and in a couple of minutes I'll be fine again" They will start going away altogether and you'll start having them less and less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best medicine is you and your desire to not react to self destructive thoughts!. See your thinking and do not allow youself to react to the fears inside your head!. Stop your habitual reacts!.

Then next best thing may be: Zoloft though the initial side effects may frustrate you!.

It is important to see medication as a short term solution but then to learn new self-help skills that will eventually get you to a situation of confidence and a balanced and productive life!.

as what it is described, the first thing that you must be able to do in order to prevent this panic attacks is to determine the things that make you extremely anxious!.

trying to relax is one of the best things to do!.

panic attack is also known medically as hyperventilation syndrome wherein due to the patient's anxiety, he then hyperventilates, which then increases the oxygen level in the blood and reduces the carbon dioxide levels!. though you might consider that an increase in oxygen level is good, the depletion of your carbon dioxide levels is the problem!. the respiratory center in you brain uses this level of carbon dioxide in order to breath, and if it is inadequate, the brain feels as though you are not getting enough oxygen and thus makes you breath faster or hyperventilate more

what you can do at this point is that, grab a piece of paper bag, cover your mouth and nose with it, and breath through it!. this will help in bringing your carbon dioxide levels up and thus stops your rapid breathing!. and also, as much as possible, try to relax, and keep those things that make you anxious away from you!.

it is also noteworthy to consider one important advise, "if symptoms persists, consult your doctor", you'll never know if that's not panic attack you're having!.

hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

biometric feedback!. The medicine for panic most often leads to more use!. Seriquel might work it is an antipsychotic but at low doses 25mg or 12!.5mg is helpful!. It is a really strong antihistamine!. Then antidepression medicine is also useful for panic!. Like zoloft the Seritonine uptake inhibitors!. And then the classic xanax or ativan but those work by depressing the Central Nervous system and often require larger and larger doses!. Biometric feedback actually treats the issue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
