I went to CVS and bought this green bottle of continuous spray Aloe Vera, works great, got sunburned yesterday and can already see a difference in redness, I wasn't severely burned of course though!. But it does help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Lots of sunblock spf 50+ or higher
stay out the sun so much, like between 12 and 5 when its the hottest for a while!.
Drink water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I guess use moisturizer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
