Alfredo--cheese?!

Question: Alfredo--cheese!?

I am lactose intolerant and if i need to eat or drink something that contains lactose I drink Lactad (a product that has lactose emzimes added to milk) and usually i am fine!. But I have a question!.!. about cheese!. Is Alfredo cultured!? If it is do i still need to take the lactose supplement!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com
