Why am I still getting acne?!
Question: Why am I still getting acne!?
I wash my face with cetaphil, put on oil free moisturizer moisturize with salicylic acid, put suntan moisturizer and a cap on to protect from sun, never touch my face, etc!. Why am I still getting acne!?!!?!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok,
First - When you wash with a cleanser, the dirt is brought out of your pores and sits on the top of your skin if it is not washed away!. You need to go buy a simple toner!. I suggest Neutrogena Alcohol-Free Toner!. Use it on a cotton pad and gently wipe the cotton pad over your face after washing your face to remove all of the dirt that is still sitting on the surface of your skin!.
Second - If you do not need the moisturizer that badly, only use it in the morning before your put on your makeup!. If you do need it, put it on AFTER you use your spot treatment!.
Third - Try switching your Salicylic Acid product for a Benzoyl Peroxide product!. Benzoyl Peroxide is a more powerful product for getting rid of acne!. I suggest using a product with only 2!.5% BP, as it will dry out your skin if you use anything stronger!. A product I suggest is Neutrogena On-The-Spot Acne Treatment!. Just dab it on your acne (As a spot treatment) after you use your toner!.
Fourth - The sun is actually good for your skin, if you need to use a suntan lotion, use a Neutrogena one!. They are non-greasy, and not pore clogging!.
Fifth - Drink LOTS of water, it flushes out the impurities throughout your body!.
Sixth - After you use your cleanser at night, and before your toner!.!. you might want to use a mild scrub!. Scrubs deep clean, and leave pores fresh and open!. Try Neutrogena Deep Clean Invigorating Foaming Scrub!.

have you tried a slightly abrasive face scrub like st ives medicated!.!.!.did the trick for me!.
