Question: How do I treat fish poisoning!?
My friend fishes on a boat in the Pacific Ocean!. Catches and guts Sea Bass and some Ling cod!. His right hand is very messed up!. The thumb and index finger is swollen!. Its hot to the touch he said if he puts an ice cube on it, it melts instantly!. And it has a redish pink tone to the hand, and it hurts to make a fist!.
