Question: Does the back of a person's neck turn them on!?
I was just curious because it seems that when some people have the back of their neck brushed against they seem to spaz!. When I had been with my friends, the one had lightly brushed against the back of his neck with his hand and he flipped!. I mean, he had some insane chills going, complete blush, and like went berserk mode to cover his neck!. When we asked him what was up, he said that he doesn't like other people touching his neck because it makes him feel all giddy inside!. So, I was just wondering if some people have spots on their neck like that!. Apparently, it was something that turned him on, in which case, I'm glad he told us to stop!.
