I use the colder things on my eyes!.!.!.but I would recomend some godd eyedrops!.!.you can pick those up at target, walmart, ect!. or maybe you have allergies you can also get allergy medicine at your closest store:]Www@Answer-Health@Com
Definitely cold!. I don't think it would be soothing to put a warm cloth on your eyes!.
