Sounds like you have MCS (multiple chemical sensitivity)!. The good news is that all that your body is telling you that all that crud in those products is bad for you!.!.!.unfortunately most people don't get that reaction so they go on using those harmful chemicals!. You should see if you can find a doctor in your area that specializes in environmental medicine!. MCS is like an allergy, in that it causes a reaction, but it is not a true allergy because IgE is not produced as a result of the exposure!. The best thing to do is practice avoidance!. That means using personal skin and hair care products without those chemicals (I'll give you a link to an article about the hidden dangers of formaldehyde and a link to a page for some products that don't have that or the parabens in them)!. You also need to make sure that the house is cleaned with soy cleaners and not those toxic chemicals!. You can get soy cleaners at the health food store!. As long as you keep exposing yourself, it is only going to get worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get that all the time!. I think you have hayfever!. Hayfever can be caused by all different things!. Animal fur, Polish, Perfumes, Dust, ETC!. When i put deodrant on i used to sneeze but i went to the doctor a few months ago and they gave me some tablets!. So every morning i take them and i dont get any sneezing or sore eyes at all!. Try going to the doctor because i think it could be hayfever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could just be that your eyes are sensitive!. It might be a manifestation of Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS)!.

If the reaction is limited to your eyes, speak to your doctor!. There are antihistamine and steroid eye drops which might help, but only a doctor can tell for sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know that the allergy or sensitivity has a specific name, but I have the same problem!. What the allergist finally decided was that I am allergic or sensitive to the propellants they use in most of that stuff!. In my case, it can actually trigger an almost asthma like reaction!. As a result, I don't use anything in a spray can, and my visitors are told to leave their spray cans at home!. It can take some doing to find products that don't come in spray cans sometimes, but you can do it!. The only thing I can't find is oven cleaner- so the DH cleans the oven for me!. So it's not been ALL bad, lol!. The only place I have trouble is the beauty shop, and there I usually just take the first appointment of the day!. My current salon had the bad experience of having me actually suffer an attack because one of the ladies hosed down the place with hair spray!. Since then, they are convinced and cooperative!. Another beautician used to schedule me right at closing time so the place was empty as well!. Otherwise, you just have to watch and avoid as best you can!. Department stores are the worst, so try to avoid the perfume department at all cost- and be on guard against attack salesladies with sample bottles in hand!. Just buy lots of spray bottles at the home centers, and mix up your own cleaners and starch, use furniture wipes, window wipes, etc!. I even have a special one to fill with oil, because the non-stick sprays will do the same thing!. As far as I know, there is no cure- just avoidance and open air- unless it gets really bad!. Then it's a trip to the ER or doctor!. Sorry, but that's the best I have to offer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
