Answers:
Acne is the bane of growing up!. Although junk food is thought to be linked to the problem, it may be not what you are eating but what you are not eating that could be the cause!. A diet based on alcohol, fast foods, snacks and sweets would be low in several vitamins and minerals!. A bad complexion may have more to do with the iodine content in chenicals in savoury snacks and other convenience foods rather than the usual suspects - sugar and saturated fat!.
Young people plagued with pimples should cut down on fatty and fried foods such as burgers and chips, salted snacks, soft drinks and confectionery, in favour of whole grains, fresh fruit and veges, lean meat, a moderate intake of polyunsaturated oils and adequate water intake!.
Acne starts when the sebaceous glands overproduce oil, or sebum, secreted through the pores!. Sebum carries dead cell debris away with it, but its overproduction blocks the pores with a sticky mass of oil and dead cells!. When this happens, the bacteria normally present in skin change the mass into compounds that irritate and rupture small glands, causing inflammation and ugly pustules!.
Some people are genetically predisposed to acne, but the most common causes are emotional stress and increased activity of sex hormones, or androgens!. These hormones stimulate the oil glands, typically on the face, shoulders, back and chest, and are particularly active during puberty!. Boys are vulnerable but many girls also suffer, usually in the week leading up to the start of their period!.
Research has suggested that acne sufferers are deficient in zinc!. Lean meat, skinless poultry and shellfish are excellent sources of this mineral, along with nuts, seeds, wholegrain cereals, yoghurt and slim milk which supply zinc in smaller amounts!.
Vitamin A - helps to maintain healthy skin, is abundant in liver and eggs!.!.!.beta carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A, is found in dark green or orange veges such as spinach and carrots, and in orange fruits, including mangoes and apricots!.
Polyunsaturated fats, found in nuts, seed oils and oily fish, have also been beneficial to people with acne problems but a high-fat diet is not recommended!.
Several B vitamins are believed to prevent blackheads and leave the skin less greasy, while a lack of vitamin C is known to make people more vulnerable to infection!. Vitamin E, found in wheat germ, eggs, and cold-pressed vegetable oils, helps to heal the skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it can be caused by a number of things, such as genetics, the foods you eat, your pores getting clogged up, puberty, your daily activity, or side effects of medication!.

if you continue to eat greasy foods or foods high in fat and oils, you'll have more acne if you eat McDonald's compared to one who has little acne and eat healthy foods like a turkey samdwich!.

the more active you are, the more you sweat, which opens the pores and releases the oils that would cause pimples and zits!.

puberty, it causes hormones to change your body, which causes physical changes to appearances!. haven't you noticed that there are no young children with no bumps on their faces whatsoever!?

there's basically almost nothing you can do to prevent your pores from being clogged, except to stop using masks and over-night masks!. they can allow the minerals or oils or whatever they have in those things, and be left there, so you can't really get them out if they're left on too long!.

some people are just born with bad acne, almost no matter what they do except when they take medicine!.

well or course is food you eat special if you eat meat, junk food, trans fats, you can change your diet for a month and eats just salads but use Italian dressings or vinegar , because of course the other creamer ones have fat you will see the difference in your skin, good luck it work for meWww@Answer-Health@Com
