How do I heal my infected ear?!

Question: How do I heal my infected ear!?
Ok so I've had my ears peirced for years and I have been stretching them for the past few months and now I just put in 0g yesterday!. It was a really big size difference, and I know I ripped my ear because there was blood on my ear and hands!. I know thats not good because they can get infected!. I've had my fair share of infected ears so I honestly dont think my ears are infected, but I dont want them to be!. My right ear is like harder when you touch it then my left ear and its swollen!. They both hurt pretty bad but its managble!. How would I prevent them from getting infected!? And if they do how do I heal them withouth takeing out my earings!? And do you think its infected now, if not tell me whats wrong!. And is peroxide good to use!? I've allways heard it wasn't but some people are telling me its good!. Just tell me everything I should do to prevent/cure and infection!.

Thanks so very much, ever answer means the world to me!. I coulndt stand to do all this again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You weren't ready to stretch yet!. How long did you wait before stretching from 2g to 0g!? Did you go to 1g first then 0g!? did you use ptfe tape or a taper!? and if you used a taper was it steel or acrylic!?
Your lobes aren't infected!. they are torn!.
NEVER use harsh chemicals on ANY piercing!. you might as well "heal" with acid if your going to use peroxide!. Hydrogen peroxide kills bacteria AND new healing cells when creates scar tissue, which is very bad!.

I know it's not what you want to hear but You NEED to remove the 0g plugs, and put back in your 2g or even 4g plugs in stretch friendly material; steel, glass or titanium in only single flare or no flare!. You must now treat your lobes as if they were fresh piercings with sea salt soaks 2-3 times a week for 4-6 weeks!. And then after 2 months I'd recommend daily oiling and massages, because it worries me that you've only been stretching for a "few months" and your already larger than me which hints at excess scar tissue has developed whether your "see" it or not!. And please for the sake of your lobes, don't even think about stretching for at least 6 months or until around New years!.
There are several way to get over the 2mm jump from 2g to 0g!. LOTS of time and patience is one of them, it has taken me 6 months to get to 4g from 6g for example!. When it comes to stretching the name of the game is to take things SLOWLY!.

Ditto everything Angel said!. Great info!.

But I wanted to add that you should not be at 0g after stretching your ears for "the past few months!." It should take at least a full year to get to 0g safely, and with no blowouts/downsizing!.

2g to 0g is the first 2mm stretch!. That's why 1g is so important!.

I always use peroxide on anything I think is infected or that I want to prevent from infection!. Some times it might sting a little but it only means it doing the job!. I never use salves!. They remain on the injury and just re-infect the area!. Treat the infected area 3 times a day with peroxide and try to keep it clean in between the peroxide treatments!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't use peroxide or savlon spray as this "burns" the cut inside!. these best thing to use is a tea-tree product as it is not only going to heal the cut faster it is an antiseptic as well!.

if the wound is that infected it could need antibiotics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes you should use peroxide and leave you ear alone do not pull or even mess with it i would also use neosporen the spray i think it is called neo to go use it hope everyting goes good for youWww@Answer-Health@Com
