i went to the doctor and they foun a protine and white blood cells in my urin and they siad that it was NOT a infection that there migh be somethin wrong with my kidneys what could it be thax 10pts to best aswerWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's relatively unusual to have white cells in urine without red cells and other signs of infection!.healthy urine does not have cells or protein within it!. Even though you have no symptoms, I don't think white cells in your urine can be explained without futher examinations!!!!
It's always worth discussing urinary abnormalities with your doctor or nurse!. If this is a consistent finding in your urine you probably need, in the first place, to exclude persistent infection!. Sometimes this means providing further early morning urine samples and having swabs taken for microbiological analysis!. If no obvious cause is forthcoming, your GP might refer you to a specialist for x-rays, scans and tests to check for kidney and bladder abnormalities(its most probably a UTI/bladder infection_!!
drink cranberry juice and alot more water !and then go back for another urine test!
