Question: Would like to find out the name of my procedure!?

When i was 4yrs old i had surgery on my chest!. My sternum and ribs were pushing my heart into my back!. They opened my chest and rebuilt my sternum and put a bar in my chest for one year to make everything regrow correctly!. Does anyone happen to know what the actual name of my surgery is!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I suppose it could be called a sternoplasty (like a rhinoplasty is the name for a nose reconstruction)!.
