It depends on the kind of meanness to which you are referring!. Some people are only mean sometimes, say if they have had a bad day or didn't get their coffee in the morning!. I consider that kind of meanness simply cranky, and it happens to all of us!.
On the other side of the spectrum, there is Antisocial Personality Disorder!. In this case, the person is not just mean, but downright evil!. These people enjoy hurting others!. They do it for fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
