Question: Can I become a kidney donor for a relative!?
My mother has a chronic kidney disease, and lives on injections 3 times a day for kidney pains, I can no longer see her like this and she's gonna undergo surgery for kidney stones, and me and my brothers want to be donors of a kidney, one of us has to be compatible with her, I know it!. Do I need to sign up for donor by now, or is this something we can do once she reaches a complication!?!.!.!.!.!.!.please helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

Good Question!. I had a Kidney Transplant 5years ago!. One of yall should be a match!. I don't don't if your mom is on Dialysis, she should be put on a list in case!. Talk to her doctors and start the progess!. Take care!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
kidney stones don't mean she needs a transplant, she just needs to have them removed!. Once that is done, the pain will be gone and she will be fine!.
As for chronic kidney disease, if she isn't on dialysis every day, then again she doesn't need a transplant!.
However, should the time come that she does, then you can be tested to see if you are a compatible donor!. It's a simple matter of a blood test!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
