Answers:
It sounds like hives to me!. You can get them from various allergens (are you using a new soap or body wash!? New lotion!? New laundry detergent!?) or even from heat or cold or nerves!.
Try taking a bath in Aveeno at night before bed!. You can also try using some Gold Bond lotion for itchiness!. If it doesn't go away in a day or so, or gets worse, or you notice on your face, you need to see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe it is a heat rash!. To make it go away, as you already discovered, is to go into a cooler room!. To make it a bit more comfortable add dusting powder to it!. Ointments and creams heat up the skin so avoid those!. This is not something that would usually need medical assistance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could be a heat rash or maybe an allergic reaction!.!. i would Google it under images and see if you can find something that matches!.!. although you will probably see some gross pics by doing that lol

good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if it grew into more then one bump I would say hives and it still could be!. These can happen if you don't wash enough or if your having an allergic reaction maybe to your breakfast!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could you be allergic to your sheets!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
