My Dad has fever, headache, and full body and joint pain!.
He also vomited twice!.

Those are pretty vague symptoms!. In order to know what's going on for sure, you need to take him to the doctor!.
How long has he been sick for!? Has anyone else in your household been sick!? Does he have any symptoms such as diarrhea, weight or appetite changes or vision changes!?
There are many potential causes for his symptoms!. He could just have some kind of viral stomach flu!. If this is the case, there isn't much he can do!. Make sure he gets lots or rest and stays well-hydrated!. Give him something like Tylenol for the fever and joint pain!. But above all else, take him to see his doctor just to make sure it's not something more serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most likely your father has a virus that needs to run it's course!. Possibly the rotavirus which is one of the most common virus' a person can get!. Common symptoms are; fever, nausea, and vomiting, often followed by abdominal cramps and frequent, watery diarrhea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Actually, a lot of flus don't cause a sore throat or stuffy/runny nose!. It sounds like a type of flu to me! It could also be a stomach virus!. If his symptoms continue for a couple of days without getting better, I'm sure he'll go to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
