Answers:
yes, of course i believe you!. but i do have a piece of advice for you!. i'm not going to tell you what to do!. i'm not going to tell you that you should or shouldn't get your skin lightened, BUT you must know that self esteem problems will not be fixed by changing your appearance!. being fairer, thinner, prettier, taller, etc will not make you happier!. you need to learn to love the way you look, and the fact that it makes you different!. i for one, think dark skin is very attractive, and i really wish sometime i was really dark, because i'm a very pale person (and i kind of look like a ghost!) skin lightening can mess you up permanaently !.!. michael jackson used to be black before he started messing around with his skin! my advice to you would be , even though i don't know how old you are, wait a few years, and make an effort to love the way you look as you are!. im sure you're quite beautiful anyway!. don't let american standards of beauty make you change what you look like naturally !.!. you have indian features, you light skin might look unnatural on you!. just wait until you can honestly say that you are reasonably comfortable with the way you look, and until you're at least in your mid 20s, and then make a descision!.

good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

listen a lot of people ask me "what are you Mexican, black mixed," but the truth is I have American Indian ancestors and we are naturally tan as I like to call it!. I wouldn't worry about it in your first sentence you said "I'm a beautiful Indian young girl", so whats the problem be happy with the way you look you don't seem to have low self esteem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there's nothing you can do to permanently change your skin color!. They only way you'll gain respect (if your mother is judging you because you're darker) is to love yourself the way you are!. Be the best human you can be, and exceed your OWN expectations for yourself!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Know that you should not be the one with an issue!. Its the people that expect less or different of you because of your color!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

from a medical standpoint there is no real way to change your skin color other than bleaching with is not forever!. Staying out of the sun will help not get darker but my true advice is to learn to love your skin for what it is!. because it is who you are!.
dark indian woman are beautiful! say to yourself everytime some one makes a remark, i know my skin is beautiful!.
wake up everymorning and tell yourself how much you love your skin!. tell your mom the same!. thank her for your skin color!.
embrace it!. you will feel so much better in the end!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your beatiful and deal with itWww@Answer-Health@Com
