Yes, it is its the worst sexually transmitted disease there is and its a epidemic so beware thats what they say especially if you live in Atlanta!. HIV can also can be spreaded without sex because you can get it from needles and such!. But just cause you can get it from other things doesnt mean its not a STD because Hepatitis B also can come from needles and such but it is also classified under STDs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
