Sore throat only in the evening? Why?!
Question: Sore throat only in the evening!? Why!?
For the past few days I've had a sore throat!.!.!. but only in the evening!. I'm fine in the morning but at about 2 or 3 in the afternoon it starts to hurt!. Anybody have any ideas why!? Thanks!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should take a good look at your environment at that time or just before like at 1pm!. If you are at work, notice whether they turn the fans or a/c on or off!. If the vents are turned on they could be blowing dust or fumes in your area causing the irritation to your throat!.
Don't overlook the possibility of a food allergy or a smoker near you!. Is there increased traffic in your area around that time, (truck deliveries, school buses, etc)!.
It seems like it's an allergen of some kind but you have to pay close attention to see what changes from 1pm forward to pinpoint the cause!. Keep track of how often it happens and how long a duration!.
See a doctor for treatment if the sore throat is accompanied by any trouble breathing, headache, fever or dizziness as it may indicate something more serious than a minor irritation!.

I had the same thing!. I went to the doctor and she said it was allergies!.
i had nasal dripidge which caused my soar throat!.
try taking claritin or other allergy medication (not benadryl)
also sleep propped up a bit and suck on vitamin c drops, they really help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same problem before!.
It's b/c if you don't get a lot of sleep and water it will hurt later on during the day b/c your not getting enough rest!.
try getting more sleep and see what works!.
