Question: Is there a daycare in Hampton Roads VA for childeren with diabetes!?
My 2 year old daughter has just been diagnosed with having type 1 diabetes!. Is there a daycare center in Hampton roads VA (primarily Virginia Beach/ Norfolk area) that specialize or know how to take care of children with this disease!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am the local Program Director for the American Diabetes Association!. Unfortunately, we have not had much success with finding schools in Va!. Bch!./Nfk area as we have in Chesapeake!.
Check out Greenbrier Enrichment School, they take two year olds and are very sensitive to children with diabetes!. There are a number of trained and certified caregivers at this school!.
A few years, they had ONE child diagnosed with diabetes and their school welcomed her and her family with open arms!.
