Adults with Congenital Heart Disease?!

Question: Adults with Congenital Heart Disease!?
Is there a way to find local support groups for adults with congenital heart disease!? I'm 23 and had 2 VSD repairs and 1 ASD and I still haven't actually met face to face with someone else with congenital heart disease and sometimes I think it'd be nice!.
I've searched before and turned up no local results!. Any ideas!? I live in MissouriWww@Answer-Health@Com

Please check out the Adult Congenital Heart Association at http://www!.achaheart!.org !. It's a national nonprofit organization dedicated to the education and support of adults with congenital heart disease!. There is a wealth of information there, including an online clinic directory, a very active message board (of which I am one of the moderators), and lists of local groups for face-to-face support!. We just held a national conference in May with over 200 attendees from all over the country and some from overseas!. A number of additional local groups were formed after the conference was held!.

Please join us on the message board!. There are many there who have ASD and VSD repairs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk to your cardiologist or someone at the hospital!. I attend a heart center meeting monthly at the local children's hospital!. My son has congenital heart disease!. There are also a lot of local things where I am for heart disease!. The hospital is a great place to take a look for events and such!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Grown up congenital heart disease (http://www!.guch!.org!.uk/) and adult congenital heart disease (http://www!.achaheart!.org/) support groups are there in plenty!.

You can find a group for your region from a Google search!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
