Its not a sexually transmitted disease its a sign that you may have a STD!. Such as chlamydia or gonorrhea which are serious STDs which can be transmitted but not through urine only body fluids when having sex!. If you have one you should get tested and your partner too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
