Spreading herpes virus?!


Question: Spreading herpes virus!?
Ok!.!.!. cold sores r soething like herpes virus simplex 1 or something right!?

Do they only spread if I have a cold sore on my lips!?

or

do they spread EVEN when i'm perfectly fine!? (as in no cold sores on my lips,mouth, etc!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can only spread when it's active!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
cold sores all (for different people) have different triggers such as stress!. I dont know about spreading when your fine but cold sores can be caught when you or someone around you has one!. you can only catch cold sores from touch or very rare cases air!.
