HIGH blood sugar is NOT good for your body!.
Having high blood sugar can cause a variety of problems in your body, not necessarily all side effects for everyone!.
Here are some of the 'side effects' (bad) :
1 neuropathy ~ tingling sensation or 'needles & pins' pain sensation in any body part!.
2 atherosclerosis ~ hardening of the arteries (leads to heart attack)
3 renal failure ~ kidney problems (need kidney dialysis)
4 retinopathy ~ small vessels breaking in the back of your eyes!. Sometimes cannot see for a while, other times go blind!.
Many other issues can occur as well!.
