Question: Can you be allergic to the artificial die in popsicles!?
i had like 20 popsicles last night and then i had trouble breathing (im ok now)!. then someone brought up that when i was little they used to think i was allergic the red dye in popsicles!. is that posible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The simple answer is yes!. I get that way from anything that has dyes and additives!. Those not so wonderful additives just affect sensitive people some more than others!. If the doctor told you that you are allergic to red dye, please stay away from it!. Those reactions sometimes require medical attention and I would advise that you talk to your doctor about it since you already know your breathing is affected, next time could bring on a more severe reaction called anaphylaxis!.
